　　公司系統(tǒng)啟動“安全生產(chǎn)月”活動 　　

　　6月1日，國家電網(wǎng)公司啟動“安全生產(chǎn)月”和“安全生產(chǎn)萬里行”活動。此前公司印發(fā)《關(guān)于開展2017年“安全生產(chǎn)月”和“安全生產(chǎn)萬里行”活動的通知》，要求深入貫徹黨中央、國務(wù)院關(guān)于加強安全生產(chǎn)工作的系列決策部署和重要指示精神，有效防范和遏制重特大事故發(fā)生?；顒右浴叭媛鋵嵠髽I(yè)安全生產(chǎn)主體責(zé)任”為主題，要求各單位按照國務(wù)院安委會和各級地方政府的統(tǒng)一部署，結(jié)合公司安全生產(chǎn)實際，開展安全主體責(zé)任宣講活動，強化安全生產(chǎn)警示教育活動，深入開展隱患排查治理活動，積極參加政府組織的各項活動，組織開展應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練活動，積極做好“安全生產(chǎn)萬里行”活動。公司要求各單位要高度重視，認(rèn)真組織；突出實效，廣泛參與；加強宣傳，做好總結(jié)。

　　國網(wǎng)上海電力將開展防臺風(fēng)防汛、迎峰度夏、三大直流滿負(fù)荷輸送運維保障措施落實現(xiàn)場檢查，加強施工安全風(fēng)險預(yù)警預(yù)控，開展基建專項隱患排查治理，開展信息、通信系統(tǒng)安全檢查，著力推進(jìn)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)主體責(zé)任的全面落實。針對近期發(fā)生的基建分包安全事故，國網(wǎng)上海電力組織各建設(shè)管理單位、在建工程的業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、施工項目部及分包隊伍的全體參建人員，重點開展警示教育，同時對輸變電、城鄉(xiāng)配網(wǎng)、建筑等工程以及所屬施工企業(yè)承攬的系統(tǒng)外工程，開展基建現(xiàn)場反違章專項行動。

　　國網(wǎng)福建電力把“安全生產(chǎn)月”活動與迎峰度夏、基建現(xiàn)場反違章專項行動、配網(wǎng)設(shè)備質(zhì)量“兩排查一整治”專項行動等結(jié)合起來，組織開展“企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)第一責(zé)任人談安全生產(chǎn)主體責(zé)任”、各級“一把手”講安全課活動；舉辦事故反思大討論活動，深入剖析典型事故和身邊事故案例，增強員工安全意識和自我保護(hù)能力。同時，該公司開展形式多樣、重點突出的應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練活動，進(jìn)一步完善相關(guān)應(yīng)急預(yù)案，落實各項應(yīng)急保障和應(yīng)急處置措施；著力抓好迎峰度夏、防汛、基建等重點領(lǐng)域安全措施的完善與落實。

　　國網(wǎng)河南電力將開展安全主體責(zé)任宣講活動，進(jìn)一步增強各級人員的安全意識；強化安全生產(chǎn)警示教育活動，防范同類事故發(fā)生；組織開展安全管理知識考試，持續(xù)提升本質(zhì)安全水平和隊伍素質(zhì)；組織開展反事故措施計劃和安全技術(shù)勞動保護(hù)計劃實施情況專項督查。所屬各單位將針對安全生產(chǎn)工作存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，深入開展隱患排查治理活動和作業(yè)現(xiàn)場反違章專項督查；開展安全生產(chǎn)知識競賽，增強全社會保護(hù)電力設(shè)施、安全用電的意識；組織開展應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練活動，提升應(yīng)急預(yù)案的實用性和可操作性。

　　國網(wǎng)重慶電力通過安全生產(chǎn)教育講座、發(fā)放安全教育讀本等方式，推動各級牢固樹立安全發(fā)展理念，落實安全責(zé)任，提高安全素質(zhì)?；顒悠陂g，該公司強化安全生產(chǎn)警示教育，深入開展隱患排查治理，積極參加政府組織的各項活動，組織開展應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練和安全宣傳咨詢，全面促進(jìn)安全管理提升；結(jié)合當(dāng)前安全生產(chǎn)重點，著力抓好迎峰度夏、防汛等措施的完善與落實，加強電網(wǎng)運行風(fēng)險管控，密切關(guān)注夏季電網(wǎng)運行狀況，做好夏季施工、搶修、搶險、消缺和檢修作業(yè)的安全管理，加強現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)。

　　國網(wǎng)遼寧電力認(rèn)真落實安全生產(chǎn)宣傳周、安全事故警示教育周、安全主體責(zé)任主題宣講周、應(yīng)急演練專題周等“規(guī)定動作”，同時，積極豐富“自選動作”。該公司開展安全“三創(chuàng)兩出一轉(zhuǎn)化”主題活動，在深化員工“創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)意、創(chuàng)水平”主題活動的基礎(chǔ)上，以出成果、出人才、工作提質(zhì)增效為目標(biāo)，深度挖掘一線員工在安全生產(chǎn)工作中的好創(chuàng)意、金點子。所屬各單位還深入開展隱患排查治理活動、員工安全工作規(guī)程知識競賽、“安康杯”及“安全知識”競賽，拍攝事故警示教育片。

　　國網(wǎng)新源公司在積極參與國家及地方政府各項活動的同時，將結(jié)合反違章專項行動，組織開展安全主體責(zé)任宣講、安全生產(chǎn)警示教育、“一把手”講安全課、應(yīng)急預(yù)案演練等專項活動；所屬各單位結(jié)合本單位實際，有針對性地開展安全知識競賽、我為安全獻(xiàn)一策、安全征文、安全宣誓、演講比賽等特色活動。
